How does the Naimeo service work?
When you buy one of our names, we’ll send you confirmation of your purchase (please check your spam/junk folder if this doesn’t arrive within a couple of hours). We’ll then start the process of transferring the .com domain to you and will share a link to download your logo file.
What if I want the name, but not the logo?
That’s not a problem. The logos we provide are to help you visualise the name, to give it more context. If you want to design your own logo, however, you’re entirely free to do so. Alternatively, we can design an entirely new logo based on your brief. For more information please see here.
What does the cost of the service include?
The price you see is for the .com domain, plus the logo design (if you choose to use it) as a high-resolution AI format.
Can you create a bespoke name?
If you can’t find the right name for your business, we can create a bespoke name. For more information, please see here.
Can I sell a name on the Naimeo website?
We only sell names that have been created by the team at Naimeo. Therefore, we’re unable to list third-party names/domains for sale. Sorry!!
Do your names come with trademarks?
We’re unable to pre-register trademarks for our names for a number of reasons. Trademarks are registered in specific territories, for specific classes (goods and services) and need to be registered in the name of the chosen business.
Please be aware you will also need to register your company name in line with the guidelines set out in your country of business.
How do I pay for the name I choose?
Our site accepts Paypal or credit card payments. Costs are quoted in UK pounds sterling (£).
Are there any ongoing or repeat charges?
No. The prices quoted include everything, except VAT (which is added at the standard rate, where applicable). Once you’ve paid this, we’ll initiate the transfer of the domain to you and share your logo files. There are no further costs to pay.
Do you offer refunds?
We’re unable to offer refunds once payment has been processed, when logo files have been downloaded or if the domain transfer process has been initiated.
How do I get my new domain?
To buy a name from Naimeo, you’ll need to start by setting up an account with a domain name registrar, if you do not already have one. This will allow you to request the transfer of a domain into your account.
Once your payment has been processed, we’ll transfer the registration and ownership of your new .com address and business name to you. This will give you permission to manage the settings of your domain, as well as your email and website information.
