Your Personally Identifiable Information is any information that we might be able to use to contact, identify or locate you as an individual person. It’s part of your fingerprint online, and we take its protection very seriously at Naimeo. When you come to the Naimeo store and purchase a title for your business, we’ll ask for some basic information to process your order, including your mailing address, email address, and phone number. We may also request your name. We gather this information when you create an account with us, subscribe to our newsletter, or buy a title from us.

We will NEVER pass your details onto any marketers, third parties or other companies.

We believe it’s our responsibility to protect and respect the data you give to us.

Whenever you provide information on the Naimeo website, we will only use it to process your transactions or send you emails according to your chosen preferences. The data you send to Naimeo stays with Naimeo.

We do everything in our power to keep your information safe.

This includes investing in state-of-the-art security scanning software that checks for holes in our network that might leak information. We also keep your data locked behind encrypted networks, which means that only a very select few people will be able to access it.

When you do choose to buy a name from us and enter your payment or credit card details, we will never store or collect that information. Transactions are consistently processed via secure third-party payment gateways such as PayPal, and they don’t get saved on our site or processed by our servers.

If there’s ever a breach in our system, we will always let our users know within a maximum of 48 hours.
