Usually, you can expect a turn around of 48 hours, 9 am to 5 pm GMT, between Mondays and Fridays. We will not be held responsible for unplanned delays in the processing of your orders or purchase instructions.

Naimeo reserves the right to make changes to the prices of our domain names, as well as any other services we may offer without notice. The prices that we provide are subject to availability and may change at any time.

Orders issued to Naimeo cannot be cancelled or refunded at any stage once your purchase is complete. We will immediately instigate the transfer of ownership for your new domain, and download logo artwork where it is requested. You acknowledge that no refund will be given after completing your purchase, and that domain ownership rights will be transferred to you.
